Zdanie typu "Please give myself this book" nie jest poprawnym, dlatego, że w zdaniu nie ma podmiotu "I".
Zaimkien zwrotnym w przypadku zaimka nieokreślonego "one" jest "oneself" np: "One must have faith in oneself". Z innymi zaimkami stosuje się "himself" lub "themselves" ("himself" i "herself" )
